For one of our clients – international well recognized and dynamic growing FMCG company, we are looking for:

Key Account Manager/ National Key Account Manager
Place of work – South of Czech Republic


Responsibilities:

• To build and develop cooperation with dedicated accounts (national and international modern trade).
• Preparation of tenders and participation in negotiations on the national and international level.
• Create long and short-term strategy of cooperation with dedicated accounts.
• Responsibility for the execution of the contractual arrangements and implementation of strategies for dedicated accounts.
• Current market analysis.
• Supervision and team development / execution of plans and contractual arrangements.


Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience in FMCG sales ( food and beverages - modern trade).
• Minimum 3 years experience in cooperation with international and national retail chains as a KAM.
• Minimum 2 years experience in conducting an independent annual negotiations with customers.
• Experience in building multi-faceted cooperation with modern trade chains.
• Experience in working with P & L.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Higher education/ MA degree.
• Fluent English.
